Refund policy

The following outlines our returns policy at Vovo's Boutique. By purchasing one of our pieces, you are accepting the terms of this policy.

RETURN T&Cs:

The team at Vovo's hope that you will love your purchases but if you do need to return an item you be issued a credit note for the full amount of the item which can be used as an exchange. 

  • Items marked on our website as ‘sale' clearance stock cannot be returned unless deemed faulty (unless the fault is listed as part of the sale price).
  •  If you have purchase an item during a store sale , this item is classified as clearance stock and will note be accepted back. All purchase made when an item is reduced are final.

Your item must be returned to Vovo's Boutique in its original condition (tags attached) strictly within 7 days of the date that you received the item to qualify for a credit note. We are only a small regional Boutique, we cannot afford items to be out of the store longer than this to be able to resell the item. 

  • Please note, if an item has been worn and tags re-attached we reserve the right to decline the items return. Signs of wear will include but are not limited to; pulled seams, belt/button loops detached, makeup marks, marks of any kind, scent, evidence of washing or dry cleaning, rubbing marks from wear on the material.
  • Please also note, if you purchase an item with not stretch, the item is not deemed faulty/manufacturing fault if a pressure tear occurs during wear. Items without stretch must be purchased loose enough to allow for bending, sitting, driving.

You will be issued with a CREDIT NOTE for the amount that was spent on your behalf at the time of purchase.

Any postage costs incurred for the return of your item are not redeemable. We only use tracked Australia Post Bags, however we cannot be held accountable for any items that are lost in transit after we have lodged them at a Post Office.

We do not offer refunds on purchases unless you have unfortunately received a faulty item. We reserve the right to repair, or pay for repair and not accept a returns. We take the utmost care when packing your orders to send however if you believe that your item is faulty we would ask you to call us immediately on 07 41522534 (preferred) or email us at frocks@vovosboutique.com.au (not as reliable) with details of the fault prior to sending this back to us. If the product has a minor fault we reserve the right to repair the fault to the product. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will replace the product which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full. Minus any fees incurred by us, such as but not inclusive of; After pay,  PayPal, Shopify and Postage Fee's.

CREDIT NOTE:

The credit note that is issued upon the return of your item will be valid for a period of 6 months and can be used in-store, or through a phone order. Unfortunately, our credit notes are not able to be used as online at this stage. In the case that the item/s you are purchasing exceed the value of your credit note, you will simply need to settle the remaining amount through another payment option. The credit note can be used in multiple transactions through the 6 month period should you wish to purchase items that are of a lesser value to that of the credit note.

RETURN PROCESS (online order):

  1. Contact the store by calling us on 07 4152 2534 to notify us of the return. Or email us on: frocks@vovosboutique.com.au (please note our email system is not alway manned, it is not for back and forth discussion). If you need to discuss any issues with the item please call us direct, or send us a private message via our social media (Facebook & Instagram). Or text 0422298370.
  2. Online Returns; find your purchase and begin the process yourself (please note all of the above Policies. If you post an item back to us that we deem not acceptable for return ie; worn or damaged by wearer and not faulty or after our 14 day back instore) we reserve the right to decline your return and take no responsibility for reposting the item to you. If you choose to return via our online method, you take all responsibility for this decision.
  3. Package the item up using a tracked postage option and return to Vovo's Boutique

     94 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg, Queensland, 4670.

    The item must be returned posted within 7 days of the date that you originally received the goods, and back to the store within 14days of purchase. Please keep your proof of postage to ensure your purchase was posted back to us within 7 days to allow 7 days postage back to our store.

  4. Upon delivery of your item to Vovo's Boutique wait to hear from the team with the outcome of your return. **Please allow up to 2 weekdays for processing of your return, particularly if you paid via a third party such as PayPal or Afterpay.

    Please note you will not be refunded on postage. If you qualified for Free postage, there will be a $10 postage fee applied before we credit you.

 

RETURN PROCESS (in-store):

1. Return your item to our physical store within 7 days of the date of purchase in its original condition with tags attached.

2. The team will assess that your return is in-line with our returns policy and if so will allow you to either exchange your item on the spot or issue you with a credit note valid for 6 months.

If you are unsure of any of the above terms and conditions we would welcome you to get in touch with one of our team members prior to making your purchase to avoid any confusion in the event that you wish to return your item.

    PLEASE NOTE: Our Jewellery line is not eligible for return due to hygiene issues so please ensure that you are 100% happy with your item prior to purchase. GIFT VOUCHERS cannot be returned for cash and cannot be extended.
