Shipping policy

 

Below are guidelines for delivery time frames and terms. 

*Allow 7 days for Australia Post to deliver unless you selected Express Post

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (Australia Only)

• You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched.
• All orders received by 4pm EST will be dispatched the same day with orders after that time being sent the following day.

• All orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be processed the following day.  
• $10 Flat Rate (not refundable)
• Free Shipping for purchases over $300 (if an item is returned you will be charged $12 restocking fee to reimburse our costs).
• We use Australia Post Satchels with signature on delivery method and a tracking number will be provided. Please note that once an item is declared as delivered by Australia Post, risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient.

• The delivery time frames we offer are a best estimate. 
• Please note that during busy promotional and sale periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume.
• This will be notified by email.
• Vovo's Boutique cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable unavoidable delay in delivery.
